45 year old female with altered sensorium secondary to dengue encephalitis

This e-log book also reflects my patient-centred online learning portfolio and your valuable inputs on the comment box are welcome.    Following is the view of my case : A 45-year-old woman, a farmer by occupation from Nalgonda has come to the OPD with the chief complaints of  * Fever for 3 days  *Vomitings since 2 day  *ALtered sensorium since 1 day History of presenting illness : In the month of February 2021, the patient has experienced lower abdominal pain for which she visited a hospital and was diagnosed as CA cervix and then hysterectomy was done after which the patient was normal
